Combining his expertise in program management, monitoring and evaluation with a passion for community development, Denish has consistently championed positive change. His dedication to leveraging innovative solutions and fostering collaboration underscores his commitment to advancing sustainable development goals and improving livelihoods within communities.
Thadei has rooted experience in capacity building and professional development. He is a business development enthusiast with a strong academic background in business and information technology having worked in diversified backgrounds from the most suited bankers to the muddy farmer in rural Tanzania. Thadei's role is to bring the best out of the targeted groups in terms of their abilities to excel as entrepreneurs and leaders in their communities and beyond. A dedicated and detailed finance professional, Ngaissy has been meeting the financial and procurement needs of international corporate companies and nonprofit organizations for the past years. She has always been able to perform precise procurement tasks and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately represented, analyzed and observed at best.
